Overview of How Competition Will Take Place
Competitions will be taking place in one large arena
- There will be two full sets of equipment that will be labeled Gym A and Gym B
- Each Division will be assigned a specific gym.
Once the girls are done with stretching, they will line up on the floor of their assigned gym for introductions - After introductions, we will be playing the National Anthem and then girls will proceed to their first rotation.
How will Competition go
- Competition for vault and bars will be a 7 minute warm up with a drop touch
- Beam and Floor will be a 5 minute warm up with a drop touch.
Drop Touch Procedure
- a) Teams will warm up with designated warm up times listed above (7 minutes or 5 minutes)
- b) Gymnasts 1 & 2 will have their drop touch warm up. Drop touch warm up allows only 1 of the following: 1 skill; 1 tumble pass; 1 leap pass, 1 vault
- c) Then gymnast 1 competes
- d) after gymnast 1 finishes competing, gymnast 3 gets a drop touch
- e) after gymnast 3 gets a drop touch, gymnast 2 competes
- f) after gymnast 2 competes, gymnast 4 gets a drop touch
- g) after gymnast 4 gets a drop touch, gymnast 3 competes…….and that continues until all your gymnasts are done.
Awards
- After the completion of the meet, gymnasts and families will proceed to the designated award area

Overall
There will be 2 full sets of Competition Gymnastics Equipment provided by AAI. Gyms will be setup side by side in one large Competition Arena. Only competitors and coaches with proper identification will be allowed on the competition floor. All spectators will observe from the seating area above.
