The nomination form must be received by the Hall of Fame board. The nomination deadline is January, 15th of each year. Information relating to a nominee's career must be supported by accompanying documentation or sources cited so that the information may be verified independently.
Background information on each nominee should be distributed to HOF board members prior to the meeting and members should familiarize themselves with the nominees prior to voting.
